On a disposal we will perform the following services:
+ Valuation - Perform valuation analysis on the business to be sold;
+ Potential Buyers - Identify suitable potential buyers through our own market knowledge combined with the Dok Capital global network;
+ Information Memorandum - Prepare a confidential information memorandum describing the compelling reasons for purchasing the Company;
+ Project Management - Organize, supervise and manage the entire sales process;
+ Bid Evaluation - Evaluate bids and advise on the selection of a preferred purchaser that best meets the Company’s sale criteria;
+ Negotiation of Terms - Negotiate terms with the selected buyer.
+ Due Diligence - Coordinate the due diligence to be performed; and
+ Completion / Execution - Assist with final negotiations, regulatory filings, and execution.
